    Hello, I’m Lauren Fonto, and I’m studying a Master’s degree in Heritage Conservation in South Africa. My dissertation research focuses on cleaning gilded wood with a combination of gel and solvent. I’m also interested in the conservation of books, paper and archival materials.

    Greetings Y’all! I’m Pamila (they/them) based in Toronto, Canada (diasporan), born in Birmingham (UK) and rooted in northern India (Bhano Langa and Jalandhar, Panjab). I’m a inerdisciplinary artist, educator and cultural producer working and living in Toronto, Canada and London, UK. Currently finishing up my Master of Visual Studies in Studio Art at the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design at University of Toronto. I’m interested in queering and querying the archive and counter-archiving as an artistic practice. I’m also an visual arts educator in Toronto, teaching visual arts, social sciences and Indigenous Visual Culture from Grades 9 – 12, Secondary School in the Toronto District School Board.

    Hello everybody, I’m Niharika. I’m a doctoral research scholar in the Department of Women’s Studies, Savitribai Phule Pune University. I’m also an Assistant Professor and hence the main objective of pursuing this course is to get more insights is to the concept of visual sociology by way of images and the everyday . Hope to have some meaningful discussions these 8 weeks!
